Feminine Energy Drum Circle

We’re looking forward to hosting our first Feminine Energy Drum Circle. Here you will find yourself in a space unbeknownst to you, that will become familiar so quickly while following the trans rhythm of the drum. Each circle gathering will differ for they are dependent on the energies you come with. We may journey with spirit guides, release ancestral baggage, work with mantras and meditations along with many other paths. Not only will every adventure be different but everyone’s experience will be unique. You won’t want to miss this!
Drums will be provided.
Full Moon Sound Bath | Virtual

Come join us to celebrate the full moon which gives you a chance to reset and reevaluate. It’s about new dreams and overcoming past hurts, moving forward with a greater sense of purpose.
We will begin by setting our intentions on a piece of whimsy paper and igniting them in flame to release our desires to the universe.
Next is a reading about setting intentions and releasing the past forever; never to bother us again. From there is a Sound Bath led by Cat’s Shamanic Wolf Drum, Wolfy, and with Crystal Chakra Singing Bowls, followed by a Yoga Nidra which is a guided meditation into a state of semi-awareness. Your journey will take you away from Londonderry NH and wherever it is that you dream to go.
Wear comfy clothing as you will be lying on your yoga mat for most of the workshop. Also, dress in layers as you could become cool or warm during the Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra.

Paint Your Pet

Join “Paint on the Gogh” at The Hidden Studio Center for Healing Arts for a fun night of painting your pet. Bridgett Lanceleve is the owner/artist of “Paint on the Gogh and Paint and Party with Bridget”. Art has always been the biggest part of her life and pursued her BA in Art from Keene State College. Bridget specializes in painting of all types and acrylic paint pouring. She is also a 5th degree black belt and mother of 3! Bridget has been teaching art classes since 2016 and will guide you step-by-step and you will have a lot of fun.

You will leave this workshop knowing what your Dosha is and with a daily routine to wellness.
Level 1 Reiki Attunement

Join Cat for an attunement in Usui Holy Fire Reiki. You will learn the sacred history of the Usui method and be instructed in level one techniques. Learn the symbols and thought process to facilitate healing for yourself and your friends. You will also learn about the Chakras and how to direct energy to each one. We will use crystals, essential oils, and pendulums to practice what we learn during our time together.
Class includes your Level 1 Reiki Manual and a notebook and pen.
