Geslyn has been practicing yoga since she was 15. Yoga provided a introspective challenge that balanced against her busy high school sports schedule, including cheerleading. She loves stretching for its intensity and calming effects on the mind.

Geslyn brings a warm, bright energy to her classes. She is mindful of how to engage muscles and counter act with stretching, helping students to be aware of their limits and push themselves to grow. In her classes you will find that balance between Sthira (strength) and sukha (ease).

Come join Geslyn in the studio to find balance in a practice that is beautiful and powerful. Take a moment after class to chat with her about her various hobbies including: gardening, upcycling items to make them beautiful and functional, cooking, food and scuba diving.

Deb Rose hopes to help yogis find their passion, inner peace and strength the same way that her teachers did for her when she began her yoga journey to stretch tight muscles and found that yoga brought so much more. She truly believes in "taking what you need" from a practice and listening to your body as you will crave different things on different days. She emphasizes modifications so that all yogis can reach their potential. Deb is certified in Barre, Fluid Yoga and Spa Yoga. Her classes vary from restorative, to power flows.

Expect to experience a fun flow focused on finding inner peace and joy and sprinkled with inspiration she draws from the beauty around her. Don't be surprised to find musical themes and elements of nature popping up in classes. Deb's intuitiveness and gentle guidance will bring you on a journey to find your place of comfort and wellbeing.

When she's not in the studio, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and restoring her Victorian home in Virginia, all of which she does while listening to various genres of music.


Yoga is the ancient practice of building the relationship between breath, body, & mind. Yoga practice creates space within oneself that is free from the drain of the mundane. I believe such space is a sanctuary, a release, & an unalienable right everyone should have access to- but it takes practice.

With over 20 years of practice spanning diverse types of yoga, sharing this gift has been a goal a longtime coming. In 2019 life convened for me to earn my RYT 200 Teaching Certification. I focus my classes around achieving specific release by mixing Hatha, functional mobility, guided meditation, and Restorative Yoga poses. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

I love cheese, Great Danes, paddle boarding, a good belly laugh, theoretical physics, Bravo, listening to A Perfect Circle, and being outside.


After major back surgery in 2003, Barbara had to abandon her fitness routine in the gym for something gentler and more conducive to the healing process. She took her first class in 2004 and never looked back.

Barbara owned her own Yoga business, Self Awakening Yoga Studio, in Salem NH from 2009 – 2015 where she balanced a full-time day job and family while managing the day to day operations and teaching 3 classes per week at her full-service studio.

Barbara has been teaching since 2011. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher through At Om Yoga Studio in Concord NH where she received her Teaching Certificate in 2015.

Barbara’s love and passion for yoga and all it has to offer on a spiritual, physical, and emotional level are evident in her teaching style. She is very much a hands-on teacher and infuses humor in her classes.

Barbara earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from SNHU in Organizational Management and works full time as a Client Consultant helping employers choose comprehensive employee benefits.

Barbara is budding photographer who loves being out in nature walking with her dog, Gunner, and spending time with family.


Bonnie is a Massachusetts native who started practicing yoga over a decade ago. She is fascinated by the philosophy and the teachings of the mind-body connection. The strength and healing that yoga has brought her was an inspiration to obtain her 200 hour yoga certification under Vicki Garino from Discover the Wonders Yoga in Dracut, Massachusetts. Bonnie is also an English teacher at Burlington Public Schools and integrates her passion for yoga into her young students as she teaches them the intricacies of the English language and American culture. Currently, she is continuing her studies in the sister science of yoga, Ayurveda, to eventually become an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner as well as a 500-HR RYT. Bonnie's goal is to spark a light in each student to realize their own strength, confidence, and healing power that is already present within each one of us.


Kim Spanos is a 200 hr. RYT graduate and licensed teacher of Ashaya Yoga® with founder Todd Norian in May 2019; AND a Yoga Life Institute 200 hr Teacher training in Exeter NH of Classical Yoga in Sept. 2018. Both gave her such a strong passion to share both the beautiful benefits of practicing Yoga and the connection of body- mind and heart to my students for a completely enjoyable experience.

She is continuing her training with Ashaya Yoga® in the 300-hour Master Teacher training just started in June 2020. In addition to her Yoga training, she has achieved the AFFA group fitness certification as well as other fitness modalities over the past 8 years including Reiki certification classes.

She looks forward to offering a variety of classes to all students to share her passion of health, happiness and a sense of inner peace.

Stephanie Beaudett M.Ed, B.S. Nursing, R.N., N.C.S.N., RYT 500

Stephanie began practicing yoga regularly in the late 90s to find relief from sciatica brought on by long distance running, and was reintroduced to the vinyasa flow style in 2015. Having a dance background, Stephanie found that the flow of movement in the vinyasa practice resonated with her deeply. Since the beginning of her practice, yoga and meditation helped her find a balance with mind, body, and spirit, and allowed her to embrace life’s inevitable challenges with more ease, grace, and the capacity to care for others. Stephanie brings her calm, good-humored nature and love of movement into her teaching, and considers it a great joy to share the benefits of the practice with others. In her classes you can expect a beautiful vinyasa flow ending with a peaceful savasana.

Stephanie completed 200 hour teacher trainings with both Fluid Yoga and Prasada Yoga in the vinyasa flow style and is also certified to teach SPA Yoga (restorative vinyasa) and Restorative Yoga. Stephanie also completed her 300 hour teacher training at Home Yoga 6/2020. She is a certified ChildLight Yoga and Mindfulness for Children Instructor and is certified to teach Yoga to children with special needs. Additionally, she is a Usui Reiki Master. In her position as a school nurse Stephanie has taught yoga and mindfulness to the teachers, children and families in her school community. Stephanie is also a certified American Red Cross teacher: CPR/AED/First Aid for the layperson and for professionals.


Abby holds her ERYT500 with additional training in mind-body resilience, yin-yoga, and core strength vinyasa yoga.  She is an AFAA Certified group fitness instructor, a NASM Certified personal instructor, and a NASM corrective exercise specialist.  She has been teaching since 2013, and teaching full time since 2016.


My name is Adrianna. I am from Buffalo, NY. Since achieving my Group Fitness Certification thought ACE, I have thought various strength based and yoga classes. I feel in love with teaching yoga and decided to keeping working towards my 200 hour certification through YogaFit. Along with being a Fitness Instructor, I am an Occupational Therapist as well. My hobbies include walking my dog, reading a bunch, and spending time with my family and friends. A fun fact about myself is I am obsessed with ice cream. I am excited to provide you with a great yoga experience.

Cat started her love of working in fitness at the age of 25 when she joined the staff of The Workout Club which was an all women's club at the time.  She loved teaching aerobics classes (that's right, 80's gear and hair).  She then became certified as a personal trainer through International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA), which is now an American Council on Exercise certification.  

Over the years, she worked in fitness part-time as her full-time job was in banking.  At 50, she decided to leave the corporate world behind.  During the 28 years of banking she had obtained her Life Coaching Certification and her Health Coaching certification.

She began with career coaching but soon realize that her passion was also in helping people reach and maintain optimal health.  She now holds her Functional Medicine Health Coach Certification through The Functional Medicine Academy which is affiliated with The Institute of Functional Medicine.  She is accepting clients.

She is a certified yoga instructor through Yogafit and is continuing along to obtain her RYT 500 and Health Care Yoga Therapist
