Bringing Wellness To Our Communities

Melanie Butler E-RYT 200, Reiki 1 certified, B.S. in Psychology Melanie has lived with lupus since 2005, and credits finding fitness, healthier eating and yoga with saving her life. In 2015, she was extremely ill and being put on more and more medications with no hope of change for her health. Then, she found clean eating fitness and began to change her own life. Her journey then led her to yoga and meditation which continued to help her. Because of all that yoga had done for her, she decided she needed to pay it forward and become a yoga teacher. Melanie is currently pursuing her group fitness certification and her 300-hour Yoga Teacher training. Melanie hopes to share her love of yoga with you and help you connect with your inner light. She wishes for you all to see what powerful beings you are. When Melanie is not teaching Yoga, she is a wife and mother to a special 14-year-old child. She loves cuddling with her dogs and cat, being outside enjoying the sun and going on adventures with her husband. Melanie has a background in psychology and early childhood education. I have always wanted people to feel safe in my presence and give them a place to truly be themselves. Melanie is looking forward to sharing her light with you all and teaching you to be as bright as you can be. Namaste!

Yoga is the ancient practice of building the relationship between breath, body, & mind. Yoga practice creates space within oneself that is free from the drain of the mundane. I believe such space is a sanctuary, a release, & an unalienable right everyone should have access to- but it takes practice.

With over 20 years of practice spanning diverse types of yoga, sharing this gift has been a goal a longtime coming. In 2019 life convened for me to earn my RYT 200 Teaching Certification. I focus my classes around achieving specific release by mixing Hatha, functional mobility, guided meditation, and Restorative Yoga poses. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.

I love cheese, Great Danes, paddle boarding, a good belly laugh, theoretical physics, Bravo, listening to A Perfect Circle, and being outside.

MaryBeth took her first yoga class as her 4th child entered preschool back in 2006. Wife, mother, and nurse at Boston Childrens Hospital was much to juggle. Instantly she found space to pause and find her center. Yoga has been a steady force in her life and she attributes it for helping her with balancing it all. In June 2018 she completed her 200hr YTT. Her natural desire to promote health and wellness in mind, body, and spirit continues as she designs classes to facilitate the holistic benefits of yoga.

Cat (Founder & Owner)

Cat started her love of working in fitness at the age of 25 when she joined the staff of The Workout Club which was an all women's club at the time.  She loved teaching aerobics classes (that's right, 80's gear and hair).  She then became certified as a personal trainer through International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA), which is now an American Council on Exercise certification.

Over the years, she worked in fitness part-time as her full-time job was in banking.  At 50, she decided to leave the corporate world behind.  During the 28 years of banking she had obtained her Life Coaching Certification and   her Health Coaching certification.

She began with career coaching but soon realize that her passion was also in helping people reach and maintain optimal health.  She is now halfway through a 12 month certification process through The Functional Medicine Academy which is affiliated with The International Functional Medicine Institute.  Once finished with this certification, she can accept insurance as payment for sessions.

She is a certified yoga instructor through Yogafit and is continuing along to obtain her RYT 200.
